Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions, building and fine‑tuning large language models, integrating graph databases and RAG pipelines, and extracting insights from complex geospatial datasets using cutting‑edge ML techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and small language models (SLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, leveraging Microsoft Graph Retrieval and custom graph databases.
- Engineer scalable data pipelines to ingest and process geospatial data and large datasets exceeding 100,000 objects with rich metadata.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions and evaluate model performance.
- Maintain best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven hands‑on experience in AI engineering, especially with LLMs/SLMs and machine learning workflows.
- Strong background in graph database design and query optimization.
- Experience with RAG architectures and Microsoft Graph Retrieval.
- Proficiency in handling large geospatial datasets and complex metadata structures.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
