AI Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of scalable conversational AI solutions, from intelligent web chat to voice-enabled contact centre systems, driving customer experience innovation with Python, NLP, and machine learning techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end conversational AI solutions across web and voice channels.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to define conversational flows and integrate AI models into production systems.
- Implement and fine‑tune NLP models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency for real‑time interactions.
- Monitor system performance, analyze user feedback, and iterate on models to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the AI engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record building conversational agents using NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face, Rasa).
- Hands‑on experience with voice AI platforms (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Azure Bot Service).
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering customer‑centric AI experiences.
