AI Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions to support national policy initiatives, leveraging Python, machine learning, deep learning frameworks and robust data engineering practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end AI models that inform policy decisions, using Python and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Collaborate with data scientists and policy analysts to transform large, heterogeneous datasets into actionable insights.
- Implement scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows on cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and security.
- Conduct rigorous model validation, bias assessment, and performance monitoring to maintain trustworthiness of outputs.
- Communicate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear policy recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries.
- Proven track record in building and deploying deep learning models at scale.
- Experience with data engineering tools (SQL, Spark, Airflow) and cloud services (AWS, GCP).
