About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Implement model training pipelines on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) ensuring performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor model performance in production, applying A/B testing and continuous improvement practices.
- Document model architecture, data pipelines, and best practices for reproducibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production‑ready models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning libraries, and AWS services.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with data pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD for ML workflows is a plus.
