About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end multimodal pipelines for generating high‑impact ad creatives using state‑of‑the‑art generative models.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define creative objectives, metrics, and success criteria for AI‑driven campaigns.
- Optimize model performance and inference latency on AWS, leveraging GPU instances, SageMaker, and container orchestration.
- Integrate reinforcement learning loops to continuously improve creative relevance and click‑through rates.
- Document model designs, experiment results, and best practices for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade AI systems, preferably in advertising or content recommendation.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and multimodal architectures (e.g., CLIP, DALL‑E, GPT‑4).
- Hands‑on experience with NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Proficiency with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS).
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex, data‑driven problems.
