Lead the design and deployment of production‑grade AI agents and MCP integrations to automate complex logistics workflows, leveraging advanced retrieval pipelines (RAG, KAG, CAG) and LLM technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade AI agents that automate dispatch, billing, and fleet operations.
- Build and maintain custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enable seamless integration with existing logistics systems.
- Implement hybrid knowledge retrieval pipelines using RAG, KAG, and CAG strategies to route queries between static reference data and dynamic operational inputs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to refine model performance and ensure high‑availability of AI services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent performance in a live production environment.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building scalable AI solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of knowledge‑graph and context‑aware retrieval techniques (KAG, CAG).
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning in production.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
