Senior client‑facing leader who drives enterprise AI adoption, overseeing end‑to‑end deployments, building trusted AI agents, and managing strategic accounts using AI, cloud, and agile delivery practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise AI engagements, from discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, and production rollout.
- Partner with C‑level stakeholders to define AI strategy, success metrics, and governance frameworks that ensure reliability and trust.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and product specialists—to deliver integrated AI agents, APIs, and workflow automations.
- Conduct technical audits of client AI pipelines, identify gaps in data quality, model monitoring, and operational robustness, and propose remediation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, establishing best‑practice documentation, and mentoring junior engagement staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex AI or data‑science projects for enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of building and scaling AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for senior executives.
- Hands‑on familiarity with data integration, model monitoring, and AI governance frameworks.
- Excellent project‑management abilities, comfortable working in Agile environments and leading multidisciplinary teams.
