About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full engagement lifecycle: conduct discovery workshops, define AI value propositions, and develop proof‑of‑concepts that demonstrate tangible ROI.
- Translate complex business problems into clear, data‑driven AI solutions, selecting appropriate ML models, algorithms, and cloud services.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—data engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders—to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI deliverables.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery of high‑quality AI prototypes and production systems.
- Advise clients on AI governance, ethical considerations, and scalability, positioning them for long‑term success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML consulting or product development, with a proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions.
- Strong technical foundation in Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Project management experience, including Agile/Scrum practices and delivery of complex, multi‑team initiatives.
