Lead AI adoption across the organization by designing, prototyping, and scaling machine‑learning solutions, while guiding cross‑functional teams and aligning technology roadmaps with business goals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI/ML strategy to drive digital transformation and product innovation.
- Design, develop, and prototype machine‑learning models using Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and integrate them into production environments.
- Collaborate with R&D, IT, and business units to identify high‑impact use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices, governance, and scalable infrastructure on AWS for data pipelines, model training, and deployment.
- Provide mentorship, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams to foster AI literacy and self‑service capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong background in Python programming and hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end AI projects, from data engineering to model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS).
- Deep understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model monitoring in production.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
