Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI enablement roadmap, aligning product, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver AI‑powered documentation solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and clinicians to validate AI outputs, ensuring accuracy, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage stakeholder communication, gather feedback, and translate user needs into actionable product enhancements.
- Oversee pilot programs, monitor performance metrics, and iterate on AI models to improve real‑time note generation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional releases, documentation, and training materials for end users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or product management experience in healthcare technology.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative models and EMR integration.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, data‑driven projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with clinical documentation workflows and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).
