About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary AI engineering team, setting technical direction and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
- Architect and maintain scalable deep‑learning pipelines on AWS, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of model performance, monitoring, and retraining processes.
- Champion best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and documentation across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and delivering production‑grade AI products.
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda) and container orchestration (ECS/EKS).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
