Lead AI development across the East Region, designing governance frameworks, building AI workbenches, and integrating Amazon Q APIs to deliver AI‑assisted coding solutions for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI governance policies to ensure ethical and compliant AI deployments.
- Develop and maintain AI workbench environments that enable rapid prototyping and model training.
- Integrate Amazon Q and other APIs to extend AI capabilities and streamline data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into AI‑assisted coding solutions.
- Monitor model performance, conduct bias audits, and iterate on models to meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI practices.
- Hands‑on expertise with AI workbench tools and Amazon Q API integration.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI‑assisted coding frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
