Software Engineer
Develop AI/ML-powered productivity tools for engineering and plant operations, creating automated control logic, predictive analytics, and generative language interfaces to boost efficiency and enable data‑driven decision making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML models that automate control logic, graphics generation, reporting, and workflow tasks for engineering teams.
- Analyze operational data to discover patterns, build predictive tools, and provide actionable insights for plant performance.
- Develop generative AI and natural language processing solutions that translate everyday language into configuration commands and intelligent support features.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing plant operation platforms and ensure seamless deployment.
- Maintain and improve model performance, monitor production systems, and iterate based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying generative AI or NLP models in an industrial or engineering context.
- Solid background in data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation for predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with control systems, automation workflows, or industrial software integration is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user‑friendly tools.
