Software Engineer
Lead AI developer designing, building, and deploying production‑ready AI solutions for complex financial services environments, leveraging Python, deep learning frameworks, and MLOps practices to drive operational efficiency and business value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end‑to‑end AI solutions that meet stringent production standards for financial market operations.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deploy models to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
- Monitor model performance, conduct bias and fairness assessments, and iterate for improvement.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, pandas).
- Hands‑on expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment.
- Solid understanding of MLOps concepts, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS, GCP).
- Experience in financial services or market data environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
