About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end integration and customization of the Campaign+ platform to meet brand-specific requirements.
- Maintain system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements to support campaign objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between brand stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Manage business and brand relationships, translating strategic goals into actionable platform configurations.
- Coordinate omni-channel communication strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Deliver service management best practices, monitoring SLA compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in campaign platform management or related technical roles.
- Proven expertise in brand liaison, agency collaboration, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel communication and brand communication strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with service management frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
