Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end AI delivery, driving cross‑functional teams to build and scale AI solutions on the Salesforce platform. Focus on project governance, stakeholder alignment, and Agile delivery to deliver high‑impact AI products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of AI initiatives, from concept through production, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) using Agile practices to iterate quickly and deliver value.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define success metrics, scope, and ROI for AI projects.
- Implement governance, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks for AI solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and team capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering AI or data‑driven projects in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
- Strong background in project and program management, with proven Agile delivery experience.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce platform and its AI capabilities (Einstein).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative culture.
