Lead end‑to‑end AI/ML and GenAI program delivery, driving solution design, development, deployment, and productionization while partnering closely with enterprise clients to translate business challenges into high‑impact AI solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI/ML and GenAI programs across multiple client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, SLAs, and delivery KPIs.
- Drive execution from solution design through development, deployment, and productionization, overseeing technical teams and project timelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor in forward‑deployed engineering roles, working directly with enterprise clients to understand business problems and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Lead solution architecture and implementation, designing robust, production‑ready AI systems that meet client performance and reliability requirements.
- Manage client relationships, influence strategy, and ensure adoption and measurable impact of AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI/ML and GenAI program delivery in a client‑facing environment.
- Strong background in solution architecture, system design, and productionization of AI models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing enterprise strategy.
- Ability to work in on‑site/embedded engagement models and deliver results under tight SLAs.
