AI Decisioning Technical
The AI Decisioning Technical Lead will own the end-to-end AI lifecycle for Braze customers in Japan, acting as a subject matter expert in both sales and post-sales capacities. This individual contributor role involves pitching AI Decisioning capabilities, conducting discovery workshops, facilitating technical setups, analyzing campaign performance, and troubleshooting AI/ML anomalies.

Braze is looking for a pioneer to fill a highly strategic, hybrid role within our Japan team. As the AI Decisioning Lead, you will own the end-to-end AI lifecycle for our customers in Japan. This is a unique, multi-disciplinary role combining sales (supporting the sales team as a technical SME) and post-sales (facilitating the forward-deployed delivery of AI Decisioning to contracted customers).
You will be the ultimate subject matter expert on AI Decisioning capabilities, helping brands predict customer behavior, automate orchestration, and scale hyper-personalized engagement.
This role is scoped as an Individual Contributor role to start, but could grow into a management role as the Braze’s AI Decisioning business grows in Japan and APAC.
