AI Data Scientist - Transcriptomics & cfRNA for Alzheimer s Research - Superfluid DX, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate machine learning pipelines for cfRNA transcriptomics data analysis.
• Collaborate with wet‑lab scientists to integrate biological insights into predictive models.
• Develop statistical models and feature selection strategies to identify Alzheimer’s biomarkers.
• Produce reproducible code, documentation, and visualizations using Python and R.
• Present findings to cross‑functional teams and contribute to scientific publications.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and R with experience in data science libraries (pandas, scikit‑learn, tidyverse).
• Proven track record in machine learning applied to high‑dimensional omics data.
• Knowledge of transcriptomics, cfRNA biology, and statistical modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
