Design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational AI bots using Kore.ai, Python, and Node.js, leveraging machine learning and AWS services to deliver intelligent, scalable customer interactions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement conversational AI solutions on the Kore.ai platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and integrate NLP pipelines using Python and Node.js to process user intents, entities, and context.
- Collaborate with data scientists to train and fine‑tune machine learning models for intent classification and sentiment analysis.
- Deploy bot services to AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration.
- Monitor bot performance, analyze logs, and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building conversational AI or chatbot applications.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS cloud services.
- Hands‑on experience with Kore.ai or similar bot frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts and machine learning model deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
