We're looking for an AI Conversation Designer to join our Customer Support team. As an AI Conversation Designer, you will be responsible for designing conversational AI experiences that delight our customers. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement conversational AI solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design conversational AI experiences that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement conversational AI solutions.
- Conduct user research to inform conversational AI design decisions.
- Develop and maintain conversational AI models and dialogue flows.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure conversational AI solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in conversational AI design or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and natural language processing concepts.
- Experience with Python and Node.js programming languages.
- Knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
