Software Engineer
Lead AI‑driven solutions for tax and legal processes, designing and implementing machine‑learning models, data pipelines, and cloud‑based platforms to boost productivity and solve complex business challenges.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models that automate tax compliance, reporting, and advisory workflows.
- Collaborate with tax experts, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) to support model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and data engineers.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and tax‑tech regulations, recommending innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably within finance, tax, or legal domains.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data‑science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proficiency in designing data pipelines and working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Solid understanding of tax technology concepts and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
