Software Engineer
Lead AI projects for financial clients, designing and deploying machine‑learning solutions on AWS. Drive end‑to‑end data pipelines, model training, and production deployment while translating business needs into technical architecture.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models using Python and relevant libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores on AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Implement model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross‑functional teams, ensuring best practices in data science and software engineering.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services for data engineering and model deployment.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments is a plus.
