Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate client feedback into actionable improvements.
- Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and best‑practice guides to empower clients in leveraging AI capabilities.
- Track and report on key success metrics, providing insights to stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client success or account management within an AI or data‑science environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize client needs effectively.
