Lead the AI Business Solution practice in Belfast, driving end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across low‑code, no‑code, and pro‑code applications while mentoring teams and shaping technical strategy.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery lifecycle for Power Platform projects, from solution design through implementation and post‑deployment support.
- Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of low‑code, no‑code, and pro‑code developers to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Define and enforce best practices, governance, and architecture standards for the practice.
- Stay current with AI and automation trends within the Power Platform ecosystem and integrate them into client solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven leadership or practice‑lead experience, with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
- Strong understanding of low‑code/no‑code development principles and ability to extend solutions with pro‑code (e.g., .NET, Azure Functions).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Experience with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and solution governance is a plus.
