About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to capture and translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications.
- Lead the design and documentation of AI‑enabled process solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user expectations.
- Coordinate and support end‑to‑end testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Drive change management initiatives, preparing and delivering training materials to facilitate smooth user adoption of new AI solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI or technology‑focused environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with testing frameworks, change management processes, and user training delivery.
- Familiarity with federal government procurement and compliance standards is a plus.
