About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans for the Client360 data platform, ensuring alignment with business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and operations—to deliver high‑impact data and AI initiatives on schedule and within budget.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve operational effectiveness and user adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between business leaders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for data‑driven insights, leveraging SQL, analytics, and cloud services to unlock value across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing data or AI initiatives in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong background in product management, business analysis, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with SQL, data analytics tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
