About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for AI adoption that drives measurable improvements in advisor productivity, operational efficiency, and client service.
- Partner with business units, data owners, and technology teams to identify high‑impact use cases and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and risk‑mitigation practices to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, overseeing model development, validation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
- Champion AI literacy across the organization through training, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions in a financial services or similar regulated environment.
- Strong expertise in machine‑learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python.
- Proven track record of implementing cloud‑based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and establishing data governance practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical AI principles and responsible innovation.
