About the role
- Create and manage high-fidelity, language-specific AI clones (one specialized clone per target language).
- Ensure the technical quality of avatars, including voice modulation, lip-syncing, and authoritative delivery.
- Maintain 100% consistency in tone and medical credibility across all localized versions.
- Design and edit high-converting Video Sales Letters for our core product, utilizing AI avatars to drive trust and sales.
- Develop "User Generated Content" style ads using AI to create authentic, relatable social proof at scale.
- Produce rapid variations of hooks and CTAs for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok based on real-time performance data.
- Convert raw books, lectures, and research into structured, AI-led course videos and premium educational modules.
- Implement AI voice and video localization to ensure the educational experience feels native in every target language.
- Provide graphic design support for product assets, marketing collateral, and website modules.
- Ensure all visual designs align with the brand’s high-end, medical-authority aesthetic.
- 2+ years of experience in AI clone creation or a similar role
- Proven, hands-on experience with AI video and avatar tools (Seedance is highly preferred).
- Strong AI prompting skills across text (LLMs), voice (cloning), and video.
- Experience in traditional graphic design and editing is highly preferred.
- Experience working with long-form, knowledge-heavy content. You must be able to digest dense medical information and structure it for video.
- AI UGC video and VSL experience are a big plus!
- Attention to detail and a deep respect for subject-matter accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without constant instruction.
