Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end automation and AI agent development, building complex n8n workflows and Claude/OpenAI powered agents to streamline order processing, lead routing, and data integration across Shopify, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business API.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain multi‑step automation workflows in n8n, covering order processing, lead routing, internal alerts, and data sync.
- Integrate n8n with Shopify, HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business API to create seamless data pipelines.
- Implement robust error‑handling, retry logic, and monitoring for all live workflows, ensuring high reliability.
- Migrate manual repetitive processes into automated pipelines, targeting 20+ hours saved per week.
- Develop Claude and OpenAI API‑powered agents for customer support, content generation, and data extraction.
- Design and refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize agent performance and accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience with n8n and Make.com workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business API integrations.
- Hands‑on experience building AI agents using Claude and OpenAI APIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to design resilient, scalable automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Raspberry Pi for edge‑device automation is a plus.
