AI Automation QA Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for AI-driven applications, ensuring high quality through root‑cause analysis, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for AI and machine‑learning applications using Python and Selenium.
- Implement TestNG frameworks, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and generate detailed test reports.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to implement corrective actions.
- Apply quality management methodologies, metrics, and best practices to monitor and improve testing processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide test estimates, and support sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience with a focus on automation for AI or data‑driven products.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
