QA Engineer
Lead the design and production of AI-driven automation solutions, building prototypes, benchmarks, and blueprints while guiding cross‑functional teams from concept to deployment using Python and modern ML practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate AI/ML prototypes, creating reproducible benchmarks and performance metrics.
- Translate business ideas into technical blueprints and production‑ready automation pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product owners across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and best‑practice workshops to accelerate domain maturity.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD workflows for AI models, ensuring robust deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Proven ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with automation tooling and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
