QA Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven automation solutions that empower customers to master legal tech tools, leveraging Python, ML, NLP and AWS to create intuitive, scalable experiences.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain AI‑powered automation workflows that streamline customer onboarding and support.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and education teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Implement machine learning models (NLP, recommendation) in Python and deploy them on AWS infrastructure.
- Create interactive tutorials, demos and documentation to help customers adopt new AI features.
- Analyze usage data, iterate on models and automation logic to improve performance and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3) and ML libraries (scikit‑learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques and experience with conversational AI.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating engaging customer education content.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus.
