About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop AI‑enabled automation workflows that streamline product validation and performance tuning for power solutions in datacenters.
- Collaborate with design, firmware, software, product, and application teams to integrate automation into end‑to‑end development pipelines.
- Leverage machine learning and data analytics to identify bottlenecks, predict performance outcomes, and recommend optimizations.
- Implement and maintain scalable automation frameworks, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Advise engineering teams on best practices for AI tool adoption, process improvement, and productivity gains.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing AI‑driven automation solutions in a high‑performance computing or power electronics environment.
- Strong background in workflow orchestration, scripting (Python, Bash), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands‑on knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data‑analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
