Part‑time AI Automation & SEO Specialist role focused on optimizing GoHighLevel CRM, building automation workflows, and integrating Claude AI to enhance lead handling and digital marketing for a UK roofing company.
About the role
- Take ownership of GoHighLevel CRM setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, and sales pipelines to improve lead handling and conversion
- Integrate Claude AI and other AI tools into daily business processes to improve efficiency and output
- Support AI-driven content creation and marketing automation initiatives
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability
- Implement and improve SEO across key pages and content to support organic lead generation
- Support paid traffic campaigns and broader digital marketing activities where needed
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve internal systems
- Work directly with the founder to reduce reliance on external agencies and improve in-house capability
- Provide clear, consistent updates on progress, performance, and improvements
- 3+ years of experience in GoHighLevel
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles
- Experience managing and updating WordPress websites
- Practical experience using AI for content creation, systems optimization, and workflow automation
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with clear and professional English communication
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid traffic channels
- Background in local service-based businesses or lead generation environments
- Familiarity with CRM architecture, setup, or data migration projects
- Basic technical or web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, or similar)
