Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑driven virtual assistants, leveraging Python, Machine Learning, and NLP techniques on AWS to enhance consumer experiences and drive business value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for AI‑powered virtual assistants, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Design, build, and fine‑tune large language model pipelines using Python, prompt engineering, and NLP best practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to integrate AI solutions into consumer‑facing platforms.
- Manage end‑to‑end model lifecycle: data collection, training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring on AWS.
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and ethical guidelines for responsible AI usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML product development.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing, prompt engineering, and large language models.
- Experience deploying scalable AI services on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
