Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end AI/ML architecture, designing Generative AI and LLM solutions with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, while driving data platform strategy and engineering excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the AI/ML architecture strategy across Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG initiatives.
- Design end‑to‑end AI solutions, integrating data pipelines, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Lead architecture reviews, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance of AI systems.
- Mentor engineering and data science teams on best practices for model development and deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering and/or data science experience, with 3–5 years in AI/ML architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, large language models, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
- Proven track record designing scalable data platforms and end‑to‑end AI pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration.
