Design and implement AI solutions for pharma and life‑sciences data, leveraging Python, SQL, and Snowflake to build scalable machine‑learning pipelines and advanced analytics models.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions tailored to pharmaceutical and life‑sciences use cases, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and feature‑engineering workflows using Python and SQL.
- Integrate Snowflake Cortex (or similar cloud data platforms) to enable scalable model training, deployment, and inference.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—data engineers, scientists, and domain experts—to translate business problems into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and reproducibility in a hybrid on‑site/off‑site environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, preferably within pharma or life‑sciences projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL for data manipulation and analytics.
- Hands‑on experience building, training, and deploying machine‑learning models at scale.
- Familiarity with Snowflake (Cortex) or comparable cloud data warehouses; experience with data lake/warehouse concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
