About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise AI/ML strategy, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Design and implement cloud‑native, scalable architectures for data ingestion, processing, and model deployment using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in building end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines, including data engineering, model training, validation, and monitoring.
- Establish best practices for model governance, security, and performance optimization across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 8 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker), and big‑data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Proficient in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
- Strong background in data engineering, data modeling, and building scalable data pipelines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding technical teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
