About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement graph‑based enterprise metadata platforms that enable data controls, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory frameworks such as BCBS 239 and Internal Risk Rating.
- Provide technical leadership for the Data Management Technology team, guiding architecture decisions, code reviews, and best‑practice adoption.
- Collaborate with data stewards, risk analysts, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive integration of AI/ML components for automated metadata enrichment, anomaly detection, and risk scoring.
- Define cloud‑native deployment strategies, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across multi‑cloud environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in Knowledge Graph technologies (e.g., Neo4j, JanusGraph, RDF/OWL).
- Strong background in AI/ML techniques applied to data governance, metadata management, or risk analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (or Java/Scala) and experience with graph query languages (Cypher, Gremlin, SPARQL).
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying cloud‑native solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams, delivering complex data solutions, and communicating effectively with both technical and business audiences.
