About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of AI and Generative AI platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG pipelines to enrich model outputs with external knowledge sources.
- Integrate Agent Harness frameworks to orchestrate autonomous AI agents for complex workflows.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and demonstrate measurable impact.
- Guide cross‑functional teams through rapid prototyping, testing, and production deployment under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI, Generative AI, and large‑language model ecosystems.
- Hands‑on expertise with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, GraphRAG, and knowledge‑graph technologies.
- Strong background in deploying AI agents using frameworks such as Agent Harness.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and drive business value.
- Track record of delivering production‑grade AI solutions on schedule.
