Software Engineer
Hands‑on internship developing humanoid robot AI assistants using Python, ROS, computer vision, speech recognition and LLMs to create interactive experiences for events and hospitality venues.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Program and test Unitree G1 Humanoid Robot using Python and ROS.
- Integrate ChatGPT and local LLMs to power AI assistants for real‑time interaction.
- Develop voice interaction modules and speech‑to‑text pipelines.
- Implement computer vision and face‑recognition algorithms for user identification.
- Build and maintain robotics software dashboards and web interfaces.
Requirements
- Final‑year Engineering student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ROS.
- Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, PyTorch) and speech‑recognition frameworks.
- Knowledge of LLMs and ability to fine‑tune or deploy them for conversational AI.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for robotics and AI.
