About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to predict health risks and optimize care pathways for senior patients.
- Extract, clean, and transform large-scale clinical and operational datasets using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and engineers to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
- Create visualizations and dashboards that communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Monitor model performance in production, perform root‑cause analysis, and iterate to improve accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or AI roles, preferably in healthcare or related domains.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands‑on experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning libraries.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to convey complex analytical concepts through clear visualizations and storytelling.
- Self‑starter attitude with excellent collaboration skills in a fully remote environment.
