Data Scientist
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and data pipelines on secure cloud platforms, leveraging Python, containerization, and CI/CD to deliver robust, API‑driven solutions for classified environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize machine‑learning models and data‑science pipelines using Python and modern ML libraries.
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable APIs that expose AI functionality to downstream applications.
- Implement CI/CD workflows and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring compliance with TS/SCI and Polygraph security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate mission‑critical requirements into technical solutions and provide ongoing performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data‑science roles, with strong Python programming skills.
- Proficiency in building and deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and automated testing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Lambda) and secure cloud architecture for classified environments.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph eligibility.
