About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for Generative AI, machine‑learning, and automation enhancements.
- Design, prototype, and validate AI/automation solutions, ensuring they meet responsible AI guidelines and deliver measurable business impact.
- Develop and maintain reusable components, APIs, and pipelines using Python and cloud services to accelerate solution delivery.
- Lead proof‑of‑concepts and pilot deployments, gather performance data, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams, fostering AI literacy and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience building and deploying Generative AI or machine‑learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and related data‑science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with Robotic Process Automation tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions, with solid data‑modeling and API‑integration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a focus on responsible AI practices.
