QA Engineer
Develop and deploy AI-driven automation solutions for patient management, leveraging Python, machine learning, NLP, RPA, and cloud services to optimize healthcare workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AI models (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP) that support integrated patient management processes.
- Develop end‑to‑end automation pipelines using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and orchestrate them with cloud services (AWS) and container platforms (Docker).
- Collaborate with case‑management, clinical, and IT teams to translate healthcare requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance while handling sensitive patient information.
- Monitor model performance, conduct continuous improvement, and provide documentation and training for end users.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine‑learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
- Hands‑on experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques and tools for processing clinical text.
- Practical experience deploying solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2) and containerizing applications with Docker.
- Background in healthcare or related regulated environments is a plus, along with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
