Programme information
You will join Savills IM as part of the Investment20/20 programme. The Investment20/20 programme has over 60 investment management member firms and has supported over 2,000 young people to start their career in the industry.
As an AI and Automation Analyst you will be key in supporting how AI and automation are used across an international business, and you will gain industry knowledge, experience and develop relationships to progress your career and build your skills. As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will have opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
Our programme is a permanent role that begins with an initial 12-month trainee contract, with a competitive salary of £30,000, and you will receive 25 days annual leave. This role is based in London with a hybrid approach of 4 days in the office and 1 working from home.

Our IT team sits at the heart of how the business works, keeping our systems running smoothly and helping colleagues make the most of the technology available to them. As the firm invests in AI and automation, the team is leading a growing programme of work to bring these tools into everyday use, simplify processes, and help people work more effectively. This is a genuine opportunity to be part of something new, working closely with teams across the business and seeing the difference your work makes.
As an AI and Automation Analyst, you will join the IT team of 6 in London, with a wider global team across the group.
Responsibilities
You will gain broad experience across our AI and automation programme and will be responsible for:
Designing and delivering training, webinars and communications that help colleagues use AI tools effectively in their day-to-day work
Engaging proactively with teams across the business to understand their needs, identify knowledge gaps and shape practical ways to close them
Creating clear, engaging materials such as guides, demos and short videos that make AI approachable for non-technical audiences
