About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify cross‑fleet challenges and define AI/analytics use cases that improve operational reliability and efficiency.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models and advanced analytics pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to integrate data‑driven solutions into existing nuclear plant systems.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to support real‑time decision making for senior leadership.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies, providing recommendations for adoption and scaling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience building AI/ML models and advanced analytics solutions in an industrial or energy environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data‑visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work across multidisciplinary groups.
