Software Engineer
The AI Analyst bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business goals into AI solutions, selecting appropriate models (LLMs, agents, tools) and ensuring measurable impact through data‑driven insights and implementation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify AI opportunities and define project scope aligned with strategic objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend the most suitable AI approaches—LLMs, autonomous agents, tool integrations, or custom models—based on use‑case requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data pipelines, and model evaluation criteria.
- Design, prototype, and validate AI solutions, including prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and performance monitoring.
- Communicate findings, ROI, and implementation roadmaps to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML projects in a business‑focused environment.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agents, tool orchestration, and when to apply each technology.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
