About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives focused on AI‑enabled product development across multiple business units.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on AI‑driven delivery practices, ensuring iterative value delivery.
- Define and implement AI strategy, governance, and ethical guidelines to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives that incorporate AI model lifecycle considerations.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate AI concepts into actionable user stories and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience coaching Agile teams, with a proven track record of AI or data‑science project delivery.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) applied to AI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of machine‑learning pipelines, model governance, and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications in Agile or AI preferred.
